You don’t have to abandon yourself to be loved.

A two-book series on healing and love by Rey T. Singh, Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist.

Both books arrive in November 2026.

Two books, one road

Boys are taught to perform, provide, and endure. Almost no one teaches them how to feel, how to come home to their own bodies, or how to build a relationship from wholeness instead of fear. Drawing on close to two decades of clinical practice, this two-volume series walks one road: from healing yourself to loving from a self that is already whole.

The books weave polyvagal and attachment science, research on relationships and health, and publicly shared Indigenous teachings, credited to their sources, into practical, somatic tools, with reflections and a closing body-based practice in every chapter.

Book One

The Healed Lover

Tools for Reclaiming the Sovereign Self

What if the love you have been searching for begins with the man in the mirror?

The Healed Lover is not a book about finding the right person. It is a book about becoming one.

Book Two

Loving from Sovereignty

A Man’s Guide to Love, Discernment, and Lasting Connection

You did the work. You came home to yourself. Now — how do you love someone else without losing the ground you fought for?

Loving from Sovereignty is not about being chosen. It is about choosing well — from wholeness, not from hunger.
